Access to the ANGEL-Turnitin integration will end after Aug 11, 2017. Please note that the Canvas-Turnitin integration is now available.
Step 1: Find your ANGEL Course Code
Find Your Code
You can obtain your course code as follows:
- Using Firefox, Chrome or Safari, log in to ANGEL and enter your course.
- Copy and paste the URL from within your course. It will contain the ANGEL course code. See example below for a hypothetical LING 888 course at UP in Fall 2014.
Sample Course URL: https://cms.psu.edu/section/default.asp?id=201415FAUP___RLING_888_001
Merged Courses
If you intend to merge sections of a course, you should merge your courses first, then provide the course code of the merged course(s) following the steps above.
I Don’t Have an ANGEL Course
If you are not teaching this semester, but want to test the tool, there are two options:
- You can activate Turnitin in a course from a previous semester or a Master course or a test course if you can still access it. Use the steps above to find your course code.
- You can complete the Turnitin ANGEL Activation form and indicate you need a test course. The Turnitin team will evaluate each request. If accepted, you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
Step 2: Complete Registration Form
Fill in the Application form.
