This system will allow you to submit email, help forms or phone tickets and to track the progress of tickets you submitted. The goal of this system is to help different IT service desks communicate issues between themselves and Penn State customers more efficiently.

We do advise Turnitin customers to always include the word “Turnitin” in any emails or forms submitted. This will ensure that the Turnitin staff receives your input as soon as possible.
